  • Produce Least Cost Route Lists.  TheTelecomAnalysts has vast experience with least cost routing on many systems, including DMS, NACT, Harris, Excel and more.  Our proprietary tools allow you to cherry-pick cities, mobile vs. proper, and more.
  • Determine Your True Costs.  Arbinet, being an exchange, is limited in its ability to give you a fixed cost for a destination.  However, we have developed tools to use past performance to accurately predict future costs, and by monitoring trends and variations, can keep you profitable.
  • Customer Support.  For an additional fee, TheTelecomAnalysts can provide real time customer service for all traffic routed to Arbinet.
  • Carrier Selection, Reconciliation, and System Selection.  Refer to the System Analysis page for details.
• Agreement.  We sign an agreement on the Statement of Work, and we begin.
• Periodic Reviews and Training.  Based on the terms of the Agreement, we will meet, or have conference calls via phone and/or Netspoke web conferencing software, to review progress and give training.
